In her role, Maria oversees the financial operations and human resources management, ensuring the organization runs smoothly from a financial and personnel standpoint. Her contributions are central to HACIA’s daily function, where her attention to detail and strong organizational skills play a vital role in supporting the team and its members.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Maria has developed deep connections with HACIA’s members and partners, which continually motivate her in her work.
