The Membership Committee is dedicated to supporting the needs of the association and its members in establishing opportunities to improve businesses, establish networking forums, enhance professional growth, and update industry news. Mujeres de HACIA is a subcommittee of the Membership Committee.

The Contractors Development Committee (CDC) is a pilot committee that will gather a group of established and unified contractors represented by various trades that create forums for contractors to connect with primers and general contractors to gain and share their expertise, and experience and to build and foster relationships.

Professional Services Committee is an opportunity for professional service firms to create a link from design to construction, help promote and encourage business opportunities for members, and create relationships between HACIA’s professional services firms, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The Civic Engagement Committee’s mission is to cultivate a culture of civic responsibility and engagement by promoting informed, inclusive, and impactful participation between HACIA Members and elected officials. We aim to bridge gaps between community needs and local governance and advocate for equity and inclusion in the construction industry.

The Banquet Committee is an ad hoc committee whose mission is structured to the design, planning and coordination of the Annual Awards Banquet.

The Golf Committee is an ad hoc committee whose mission is structured to design, plan, and coordinate activities of the annual golf event.

The Scholarship Committee oversees the HACIA Scholarship and Education Foundation, a separate 501(c)(3) entity from HACIA. Its mission is structured to provide scholarships to undergraduate students seeking higher education studies in construction-related fields.
