Membership Manager

Krzys Litewka is the Membership Manager at the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA), where he leads initiatives focused on strengthening member engagement, enhancing the overall member experience, and supporting the continued growth of HACIA’s diverse network of construction professionals and industry partners.

Krzys brings more than a decade of experience in association membership and customer engagement, with a strong track record of building meaningful relationships, improving service delivery, and implementing strategies that drive membership recruitment, retention, and long-term member value. He is passionate about creating positive, people-centered experiences that help members feel connected, supported, and positioned for success.

Prior to joining HACIA, Krzys held leadership roles in member services with national professional associations, where he oversaw contact center operations, introduced new service technologies, and collaborated cross-functionally to strengthen engagement and communication strategies. He is known for his approachable leadership style, strategic mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Krzys earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from DePaul University and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from North Park University. He was also recognized as a 2023 recipient of Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 Award, honoring emerging leaders making a meaningful impact in the association community. At HACIA, he is focused on deepening member relationships, expanding engagement opportunities, and ensuring that every interaction reflects HACIA’s mission to advance diversity and inclusion in the construction industry.

Outside of work, Krzys resides in Mount Prospect in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two children. and enjoys an active, family-centered life. He values time spent outdoors and cooking for his family—especially grilling.
