Hector Tello serves as HACIA’s Membership & Business Development Manager, where he acts as a connector, advocate, and resource for HACIA members. He works closely with contractors and industry partners to help members access the relationships, programs, and resources needed to grow and scale their businesses.

Previously, Hector led HACIA’s Workforce and Sustainability programs, expanding pathways into green construction careers and building partnerships that support long-term economic mobility. He joined HACIA in 2022 and brings a background in workforce development, recruitment, and education.
