Grace serves as the Grant Manager at HACIA. In this role she takes the lead in budget management for all grants, grant reporting and compliance (both finances and program performance), project managing grant applications, and process improvements for financial and performance data tracking, She joined HACIA in January 2022.
Grace has a varied background in telecommunications policy, education, and international business. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2014 with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. She returned to Chicago in 2022 after many years abroad to join the HACIA team.
