HACIA U’s Construction Inspection Technician Program is a FREE Program for all Illinois residents with an emphasis on women, people of color and veterans. This course offers a comprehensive curriculum that combines classroom learning with practical hands-on experience. Designed for those seeking careers in the transportation and civil construction industry, this program prepares students for inspection technician roles. We are proud to partner with KAD Engineering to provide students with expert guidance and industry connections.
