Illinois Works and HACIA U’s Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Program is a FREE Program for all Illinois residents with an emphasis on women, people of color and veterans. This program can prepare you to successfully transition to a Department of Labor registered apprenticeship in the trades and other employment opportunities. This training program prepares individuals to enter into general construction trades apprenticeships.
**No previous experience in Construction is required to participate in the program.
