The Project Management Course is designed to provide students with a firm understanding of the concepts, processes, tools, and techniques required to successfully manage projects. The course covers the application of 49 logically organized processes. The full-course training is typically provided over a five-day period and covers all topics contained in the Project Management Book of Knowledge, 6th Edition (PMBOK6). By the end of the training, course participants will have a firm understanding of all Project Management concepts and may be qualified to sit for the PMP or CAPM Certification Exam. An abbreviated curriculum is also provided, but may not qualify participants for the PMP / CAPM Certification Exam(s).
