•COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements. The Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA) will enforce strict vaccination and testing policies for this event. Vaccinated individuals must provide proof of vaccination (vaccination card or a photo of it on your phone) for review at the door. Unvaccinated individuals must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within the last 72 hours or must complete a Visitor COVID-19 Self-Certification and Verification Form at the door prior to entry.
• COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk. By voluntarily attending an in-person event sponsored by the HACIA, you agree to comply with all rules imposed by the CDC, federal, state, and local governments, the rules required at the premises of the event, if any, and the rules of HACIA, regarding conduct at the event related to COVID-19, and to conduct yourself in a reasonable and safe manner, in accordance with guidance from public health authorities.
