Caily is the Senior Membership & Events Coordinator at HACIA, where she supports the organization’s membership, events, and efforts to connect businesses with resources and opportunities for growth. She brings a background in membership engagement, communications, public policy, and organizational development.

Prior to joining HACIA, Caily spent several years with the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, supporting businesses across industries through membership, events, government affairs, and public policy initiatives. Her work also included improving internal systems and data processes to strengthen member engagement and organizational operations.

Caily graduated from The Ohio State University with degrees in English and Strategic Communication. While at Ohio State, she was involved in organizations focused on supporting local businesses, community engagement, and social justice. She also worked with literary journals and publications to help amplify diverse and underrepresented voices. These experiences reflect her broader passion for advocacy, social change, and creating opportunities for people and communities to thrive.

Originally from Ohio, Caily recently made the move to Chicago and is excited to explore the city and become more involved in her new community. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, reading, spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants and activities, and exploring everything Chicago has to offer!
