Leah Goldbloom is the Workforce Program Manager at HACIA, where they lead workforce initiatives that connect individuals to meaningful careers in the construction industry while building partnerships with employers, training providers, and community organizations.

With more than a decade of experience in workforce development, education, and community-based programming, Leah brings a collaborative and people-centered approach to their work. Before joining HACIA, they worked at a nonprofit as an AmeriCorps Program Director, overseeing programs that served communities across Chicago’s South and West Sides, developing training programs, and supporting the growth of emerging leaders.

Raised in Chicago, Leah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago. They are passionate about creating equitable pathways to economic opportunity and believe strong workforce systems are built through collaboration, innovation, and investment in people.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys practicing circus arts, gardening, and traveling with their partner and two dogs.
