Cindy Patino is the Membership Manager at HACIA, where she plays a vital role in enhancing member engagement and fostering partnerships. In her position, Cindy is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support HACIA members, supporting impactful events, and partnership engagement. Her expertise lies in community engagement and outreach, ensuring that members are well-informed about opportunities for growth and collaboration within the construction industry.

Cindy brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously served as the Small Business Development Center Director for the Illinois Small Business Development Center Network at Greater Southwest Development Corporation. Her background in providing technical assistance and education to underserved communities has shaped her dedication to making a positive impact in the small business ecosystem. Driven by a passion for community and economic development, Cindy is currently focused on key initiatives at HACIA and fostering diversity within the construction sector. She is committed to empowering underrepresented small businesses and ensuring they have access to vital resources and opportunities.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Cindy is a dedicated mother of four daughters, and she is passionate about teaching them the importance of giving back to the community and helping others. She believes that instilling these values in her children will empower them to make a positive impact in the world. In addition to her commitment to family, Cindy loves to travel to her homeland in Guanajuato and Queretaro, Mexico, where she finds inspiration and connection to her roots. She looks forward to the day when she can retire and move to Queretaro, embracing a life that blends her professional dedication with her love for her culture and community.
