Executive Fellows Program

HACIA, supported by JPMorganChase, is proud to offer the Executive Fellows Program. This is a cohort-based program that focuses on individualized coaching for small and medium size business owners looking to grow and scale their businesses. Participants have one-on-one coaching with Subject Matter Experts (SME) in Finance, Development, Operations, Marketing, and Legal.

Requirements

  • Must be a business in the construction industry or related professional services.
  • Must have been in business (and registered) for at least 2 years.
  • Must have a revenue of at least $250,000 in the previous years.
  • Must be located in Chicago’s West or South Side.
