ARS Landscaping Corp. is a recreational construction company specializing in poured-in-place (PIP) rubber surfacing, playground installation, turf systems, and municipal park development. We partner with park districts, schools, municipalities, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality, compliant, and safe recreational environments. We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Regional Sales Representative to expand our PIP rubber surfacing division across the Midwest and East Coast.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for generating and managing your own sales pipeline, developing client relationships, tracking bid opportunities, and supporting projects from initial contact through contract award. The ideal candidate has direct experience in poured-in-place rubber surfacing, playground construction, or commercial landscape construction sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate and manage your own leads and sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with municipalities, park districts, schools, architects, and contractors
- Track and pursue public bid and private project opportunities
- Review plans and specifications and collaborate with estimating
- Represent ARS at meetings, job sites, and industry events
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and forecasting
- Meet defined sales and revenue goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven ability to independently generate and close business
- Experience in municipal/public bid environments preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read basic construction drawings

- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
- High level of honesty, integrity, and professional accountability
- This is an in-person position based at our Manteno, Illinois office. Regular office presence is required when not traveling for client meetings, job site visits, or industry events.
