Since 2019, HACIA’s training programs have proudly served thousands of participants through our Workforce Development and Business Capacity Programs. Two Tracks, One Mission: Empowerment Through Education
HACIA’s programs fall into two core tracks, each tailored to meet different stages of a construction professional’s journey.
- Workforce Development Programs offer hands-on training, certifications, and career coaching to help individuals break into, advance, and sustain careers in the construction trades.
- Business Capacity Programs provide technical guidance, mentorship, and resources for contractors and business owners looking to scale their operations and win contracts.

HACIA’s programs continue to make a measurable impact in Illinois and beyond. In 2024 alone:
- 239 individuals completed a workforce or business training program
- 93% of Workforce Development participants earned an industry-recognized credential
- 95% of Business Capacity participants completed their program
- 100% of surveyed participants said they would recommend our programs to a friend or colleague
