Gabriella Bonilla is the Membership and Event Coordinator at HACIA, where she plays a key role in supporting the Events Manager and Membership Manager to execute HACIA’s events and membership meetings. Gabriella is dedicated to ensuring seamless coordination of activities that help foster community engagement and professional development among HACIA’s members.

Prior to joining HACIA, Gabriella gained valuable event coordination experience in both the construction and government sectors. Her background in these industries has equipped her with the skills to manage large-scale events and cultivate meaningful connections among diverse stakeholders. Gabriella is passionate about creating spaces where individuals from all backgrounds can come together to share ideas and drive positive change. In her current role, she is focused on facilitating events that promote networking, education, and empowerment within the construction community.

Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys staying active through running, ballet, and playing tennis. A lover of food and culture, she spends her free time cooking, baking, and exploring Chicago’s vibrant restaurant scene. She is also a big reader and always has a book or two with her to enjoy during moments of downtime. Gabriella believes in continuous learning, both professionally and personally, and strives to bring this mindset to her work at HACIA.
