Job Responsibilities
● Project planning and scheduling:
– Assists Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
● Site Management:
– Monitors construction progress ensures compliance with safety regulations and resolves any field issues that arise during construction.
– Supports the resolution process related to labor disputes, material deliveries, and contract administration.
– Manages construction equipment.
● Subcontractor Management:
– Helps manage critical subcontractors.
– Maintains and develops relationships with the subcontractor community.
● Task management:
– Assigns tasks to team members, tracks progress, and monitors deadlines.
● Communication:
– Facilitates communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
● Administrative support:
– Manages project documentation, creates reports, schedules meetings, and handles invoices.
● Data analysis:
– Analyzes project data to identify trends and potential issues
● Risk management:
– Identifies potential risks and developes mitigation strategies
● Quality Control:
– Implements quality assurance procedures, inspects materials and workmanship, and ensures the project meets quality standards.
– Supports safety and quality control management
Training and Education
● Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse teams
● Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
● Attention to detail: To ensure accuracy in project documentation and reporting
● Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving project issues promptly
● Proficiency in project management software: Such as MS Project, ProCore, Asana, or similar tools
● Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
