Dalia Aragon

Grant Manager

Dalia Aragon serves as the Grants Manager at HACIA, where she manages HACIA’s grants-funded portfolio and plays a primary role in grant research, preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals and reports that support HACIA’s growth goals.

Dalia’s career has been focused on community and economic development of communities in the Northwest Side of Chicago. In 2022, she was nominated and received the LISC Chicago CIBC Emerging Leader Award for her leadership in community development. Dalia is excited to bring her skills to HACIA and support the mission of building diversity and inclusion in the construction industry.

Fun Fact:  Dalia is the cofounder of Israel’s Gifts of Hope (IGOH), founded by her family in honor of her brother. IGOH raises awareness on the impacts of gun violence on communities, supports families impacted by violence, and advocates for resources to prevent violence and create safer communities. In her spare time, Dalia enjoys watching Disney movies with her daughter.
