Marketing Opportunities with the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA)

HACIA is pleased to offer various membership marketing opportunities, all of which are outlined in this brochure. These unique opportunities are designed to help your company reach HACIA's membership of over 260 companies involved in all aspects of the construction industry as well as over 2,000 additional contacts.

As contenders in such a competitive industry, our members know staying ahead of the latest development plans, industry trends, and technology is vital to their continued success and growth. Any member or non-member company that has a sincere interest in the goals and support of HACIA is eligible to take advantage of opportunities to be Advertisers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors with HACIA.

HACIA knows your company is presented with a variety of marketing opportunities each year, but we strongly encourage you to include our outlets in your yearly plan.

Marketing Opportunities
HACIA offers three unique advertising options and the ability to participate at HACIA events as an exhibitor or sponsor. HACIA has also grouped all its marketing and sponsorship opportunities into four Sponsorship Packs. These Packs, outlined later in this brochure, allow your company to sign up once and be included on a variety of involvement activities throughout the year.

Advertising Opportunities
HACIA offers three unique ways to reach our members through email update newsletters, providing a promotional item for a direct-mail campaign or purchasing advertisement space in the Membership Directory (exclusively available to members).

Messaging Inclusion in eUpdate
Have a special offer or event you think HACIA's membership would benefit from? Get your message to our members by utilizing HACIA's weekly membership update emails. Submit the offer, event, or other item your company wants to promote and we'll highlight it in our email messaging on the designated week. This is a free service to members, but non-members can take advantage of this outlet for only $50 each inclusion!

Direct-Mail Distribution
Have a flyer or mailer for an offer or event that is coming up that the HACIA membership needs to know about? Let HACIA help get the word out with a direct-mailer to our members. Your company decides what parts of the HACIA membership to target, provides the promotional material and we'll take care of the rest. At $100, plus postage rate, this service is cheaper than most associations' option to purchase one-time mailing labels!
All advertisement, messaging and promotional materials are reviewed and approved by HACIA before inclusion or distribution.

HACIA Membership Directory
Purchasing of advertisement space in the HACIA Membership Directory is a benefit only members can take advantage of. The Directory is distributed to the full membership and over 500 additional companies annually. HACIA actively promotes the reference tool to non-member contractors, builders, developers, and real estate managements as well as to other institutions throughout the year.

Membership Directory Advertising Options
The HACIA Membership Directory size is 6.5”x11". All ads are placed in the company's corresponding division. If the company is listed under more than one division, there are two options concerning placement. You may choose in which division the ad will be placed and other division locations will be highlighted and make reference to that ad location or pay an additional $25 per additional division to have the ad placed again.

All company's that place an ad 1/10 or larger will have their company name and information highlighted in blue in the printed alphabetical index, will make reference to the ad location, and may submit their logo for placement in the online directory.

You may choose more than one option

Deadline for advertisements are January 8, April 9, July 9 and October 8. The HACIA Membership Directory begins circulation in late January and is updated and reprinted quarterly.

Advertisement rates will be prorated.

Involvement at HACIA Events
Sponsorship opportunities are available for the Awards Banquet, Golf Outing and Scholarship Luncheon. Each year HACIA receives wonderful reviews for all of its events and we strongly encourage you to include your company's attendance as part of your marketing mix. These packages are also built into the Sponsorship Packs.
