Richard Pinto is the President and sole owner of the Pinto Construction Group Inc. For many years Richard has been a strong voice for the Hispanic community while championing the rights of Hispanic Owned Businesses throughout Chicagoland and Springfield. As a young man, Richard founded Pinto Brothers Construction in 1987. In 1994 Richard ventured out alone and formed the Pinto Construction Group. As well as being an active member of the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA) and serving on its Board of Directors from 2004 to the present, Richard is also serves on the Board of Directors for Lakeside Bank.
